Join us for a journey through the "Three Bs" of Italian wine: Brunello, Barbaresco, and Barolo. You are invited to experience one, several, or all of the events in this exclusive series. This lunch features Barbaresco. Each Saturday lunch focuses on a different region, exploring three distinct wines curated by Juniper Cooper of Johnson Brothers Distributing. Sourced from family-owned vineyards, these selections perfectly showcase the range of terroir, history, and viticulture of their respective regions. Each lunch begins with an amuse-bouche and a craft aperitivo. This leads to three custom courses from Chef Sam, who has expertly paired each course to complement a specific bottle.
