Founded in 2016 in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, by Brian and Deb Sneed, Quince quickly became a landmark — blending crave-worthy, globally inspired menus with attentive service and upbeat music. The diverse food and drink program was shaped through Brian’s travels with our Quince chefs to Peru, New Orleans, and Mexico City, where they found inspiration that continues to evolve our menus. Quince’s vibrant mix of flavor, energy, and atmosphere earned top honors from Robb Report, The Rooftop Guide, and recognition among Mexico’s Top 10 Mixology Programs.
