Things to know *Reservations: Our tables are available for dine-in only, reservations are highly encouraged through our website. In addition to bar seating, we accept a limited amount of walk-ins each night. *Table Specific Reservations. We cannot guarantee you will be seated at a specific table (low or high top) or area of our dining room. The restaurant reserves the right to sit your reservation at any available table or dining area during your visit. Based on the business levels, some areas of the restaurant might not be open during your visit. *Running late: Please reach out to us at 331-702-2711. Out of respect to other dinners, we only hold tables for 15 minutes, after that, you will be placed on our waitlist. *For parties of 9 or more, please call us at 331-702-2711. *Checks may be divided by payment, not by individual items. *Food: We offer some dishes that can be made both vegetarian and gluten-friendly upon request. As far as other allergies, we can accommodate the most common allergens when dining at Quiubo. Please inform our service team about your allergies upon arrival and we will work with our culinary team to handle them accordingly. To preserve the integrity of our flavors and recipes, all other modifications are politely declined. *Cancellation policy: While you won't be charged if you need to cancel, we ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance.
