Rain founded by a couple of restauranture. These individuals had many years of restaurants experience from Thailand. Ranging from 5 stars hotel chefs to an individual who was raised on a farm that had mastered many natural ingredients while at a young age. Rain is currently managed by Noy Mey who graduated from Johnson and Whales University Culinary Arts School.
