Finely ground green tea leaves dissolved in water create the base for this caffeinated green tea latte made with steamed milk. Our matcha from Royal Tea New York is unsweetened, but flavor syrups and other sweeteners can be added to your liking.

Smallholders delivering to RWACOF washing stations receive fair prices and agronomic support. They cultivate an average of 200 to 300 trees at altitudes of 1,500 to 2,000 meters above sea level. These high altitudes, combined with fertile soil and good agricultural practices, produce high-quality cherry that is carefully processed at RWACOF stations to preserve and develop these delicious flavors. In concert with their sustainability partner, Kahawatu Foundation, RWACOF invests heavily in yield improvements, farmer training, quality improvement projects, environmental sustainability and other ways to increase farmer livelihoods.

Founded in 2015, the cooperative is made up of 109 coffee farmer members, sons and daughters of CAC Pangoa members at its foundation, coming from native communities and migrants from throughout the Andes. With an emphasis also placed on continuous quality improvement and rigorous quality control processes to ensure excellence in every cup, members of the cooperative are producing high-scoring coffees with exceptional sweet, dense beans with notes of fruits, chocolate, and nuts. DARK ROAST / TASTES LIKE: TOASTED MARSHMALLOW, DARK CARAMEL, MISO Varieties: Bourbon Growing Altitude: 1,600 - 1,800 masl Processing Method: Washed Busasa Coffee Washing Station, established in the Gashoho area in 2014, operates with a dedicated team of 6 full-time members and up to 150 seasonal workers. The station features 151 African drying beds and sources from 1600 farmers in the surrounding hills. Notably, Busasa’s producers receive a 20% premium above the local market rate, while staff enjoys wages nearly 60% higher than the Burundi average. This commitment extends across Matraco’s portfolio, which includes two more washing stations in Northern Burundi. Matraco also supports local farmers by distributing composted coffee pulp as fertilizer and donating seedlings.

MEDIUM ROAST / TASTES LIKE: HONEYCRISP APPLE & MACADAMIA, w/ SILKY TEXTURE A half-caffeinated blend of natural/pulped natural process Brazilian and naturally decaffeinated Colombian coffees for when you need to slow down just a little bit. We borrowed the Session name from the common term for light, refreshing, low-alcohol all-day drinking style beers. We promise there's no beer in this coffee, but you could just as easily drink it all day.

MEDIUM-DARK ROAST / TASTES LIKE: CHERRY, GRAHAM CRACKER, HONEY A single origin Colombian sugarcane decaf that is decaffeinated using a natural decaffeination process that uses Ethyl Acetate (EA), a naturally occurring ester found in bananas and, for this purpose, as a by-product of fermenting sugar cane. This process is exceptional for maintaining the integrity and sweetness of the green coffee even as the caffeine is removed (until only a maximum of .001%-.003% remains).

The lake was formed by two massive volcanos that collapsed and formed a large crater. The legends surrounding this lake are numerous like the one that says the bottom has never been found. We pay an additional premium on this coffee to benefit a local health clinic near the mill in Ayarza, as well as Covoya's Coffee Kindergartens program, part of the coffee sector's first Child Labor Monitoring & Remediation System, in Ayarza and Huehuetenango.
