The best burger I have ever had and the coleslaw was amazing too!
The bun is grilled to keep the sauce from soaking in; the turkey patty is carmelized, paper thin radish slices, pistachios, and arugula add crunch - and they all make the best turkey burger around. I get the cole slaw as a perfect complement.
