Red Hog is Louisville's Premier Craft Butcher Shop and Restaurant. We feature Products from Local Farms committed to Sustainable, Humane, and Ethical Farming Practices. Everything from butchery, sausage making, and charcuterie production to making stocks, soups, and desserts is executed in house. Built around the love of cooking with live fire, Red Hog's exposed kitchen is focused on a wood burning oven and large wood fired grill and hearth. The full bar features classic and specialty cocktails, house picked single barrel bourbon, food friendly wine selections and a variety of local beers.
