Join us for a five-course dinner featuring Post & Beam, Bella Union, and Nickel & Nickel from the Far Niente family of wineries. Each course has been crafted to complement its wine, and a Far Niente representative will join us to introduce the selections and share the stories behind them. The Menu & Pairings First Course · Crab Cake Avocado mousse, citrus slaw, and lemon beurre blanc. Paired with Post & Beam 2023 Napa Valley Chardonnay Second Course · Seared Pork Fondant sweet potato, cherry-balsamic jus, brown butter, and crispy sage. Paired with Post & Beam 2024 Pinot Noir Third Course · Cognac Meatballs Parmesan risotto, Cognac-peppercorn reduction, and crispy shallot. Paired with Bella Union 2022 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon Fourth Course · Red Wine Braised Short Rib Wild mushrooms, potato au gratin, roasted shallot, and Cabernet demi. Paired with Nickel & Nickel 2023 Fog Break Cabernet Sauvignon Fifth Course · Dark Chocolate & Gorgonzola Dolce Bittersweet chocolate crémeux, Gorgonzola Dolce mousse, blackberry, and candied walnut. Paired with Nickel & Nickel 2023 Bear Track Cabernet Sauvignon Doors open at 6:00 PM. The first course will be served at 6:30 PM. Featured wines will be available for purchase following the dinner.
