Some people pass through Orsay, others leave a mark and then go on to make one of their own. ✨ We’re proud to introduce Family Meal to our guests, a new dinner series honoring the alumni who helped shape Orsay over nearly 20 years. In restaurant life, family meal is the moment before or after service when the team gathers, takes a breath, and shares a meal. It’s rooted in connection, mentorship, and community - and that’s exactly what this series is about. Each dinner will spotlight former Orsay team members who’ve gone on to open restaurants, launch businesses, and leave their mark on Jacksonville’s hospitality scene. Watching those journeys unfold has been one of the most rewarding parts of what we do here. First up: Brandon Boudreau of @boudreauwineco (Boudreau Wine & Company). It started with a shift here. He says it was right at Orsay that he caught the wine bug -and it carried him from restaurant service to sommelier programs, world-class wine lists, and eventually entrepreneurship.
