The Restaurant at Hill Farm is a celebration of this time and place in Southern Vermont. Nestled in the Equinox Valley, dinner is served in our lofted barn with sweeping mountain views of the Taconic Range. Seasonal menus by Chef Austin Poulin are inspired by the farm’s current harvest and ingredients from our surrounding food community. We work to build and contribute to a community of food producers and makers highlighted both on our menu and in our farmstand, located at the restaurant.
