Rex at the Royal

We provide exceptional dining experiences that celebrate the unique and diverse regional traditions of the American South, with a particular emphasis on coastal influences. We are committed to sourcing the freshest and highest-quality ingredients from traditional grain farmers, fisherman, and artisans, and to showcasing them in creative and delicious ways that reflect our deep appreciation for Southern Americana. We welcome guests of all backgrounds and encourage them to connect with one another over inventive cocktails, approachable yet refined coastal cuisine, and gracious hospitality. We strive to be a community gathering place that bridges the connection between Philadelphia and the vibrant and diverse Southern food culture that inspires our cuisine.
