Dry-Hopped Pale Ale | 5.0% abv Juicy, Hoppy, Fruity. A medium-bodied, aromatic, dry-hopped pale ale. Not quite an India pale ale, nor a typical American pale ale, we brew Raised by Wolves to highlight the rich flavors and aromas of hops rather than their bitterness. This beer has aromas reminiscent of lush tropical, citrus and stone fruits with a juicy body that you can sink your teeth into.

American-style light lager | 4.7% abv The Chr. Heurich Brewing Co. Senate Beer brand was popularized in the 1890s, survived Prohibition, and was produced until 1956. Test batches and the final recipe of our Senate Beer revival were developed by Pilot Brewer Jeff Clawson from Oregon State University’s Fermentation Science Department who, together with Professor of Fermentation Science Tom Shellhammer, analyzed a 20-page-laboratory-report on Senate Beer from 1948 to recreate the historic DC hometown favorite.

Belgian White Ale | 5.0% abv This refreshing style of beer was brewed with an abundance of Red Wheat, White Wheat, Torrified Wheat, and Oats. The beer was gently hopped with Tettnang and Perle. Then, finished it with the classic spices Coriander and Orange Peel.

West Coast IPA | 7.2% abv | Pine, Citrus, Crisp | Brewed with a majority of Pilsner malts, this brilliant, bright, West-coast style IPA is bursting with grapefruit, lime zest, ripe stone fruit and pine needles.

Robust Porter | 7.0% abv | Roasty, Chocolatey, Spooky | Named after the silent era Scandinavian documentary on witchcraft, Haxan is brewed with an assortment of specialty roasted malts and our house ale yeast. Full bodied with notes of coffee and milk chocolate. Drink up you Hysterical Little Witch

Wheat Ale with Grapefruit | 5.0% abv | Bright, Crisp, Refreshing | A pillowy soft American wheat beer brewed with clean Chico yeast, hopped with classic Cascade hops, and accented with grapefruit and just a touch of lime zest. The bright notes from the grapefruit compliment the citrus and floral notes of the hops all balanced by the light wheat backbone and finished with a refreshingly crisp effervescence.

Marzen | 6.0% abv | Amber, Malty, Smooth | This recipe, developed in collaborations with our friends at the Heurich House Museum and at Lost Lagers, aims to be a faithful recreation of the Maerzen that at one time “had a very splendid vogue in the capital.” Using notes from Paul Kaiser’s 1933 brewing notebook and Christian Heurich’s books, press releases, and advertisements- we bring you this medium-bodied, malty amber lager with subtle notes of toasted bread, balanced by a touch of “Bavarian and Bohemian” hops.

India Pale Ale | 6.0% abv | Floral, Citrus, Tropical | Packed with the hoppy goodness of Comet and Galaxy hops, we’ve partnered with our friends at Comet Ping Pong to bring you an out-of- this-world pizza beer!
