Reservation Policy Thank you for choosing to dine with us. To provide the best possible experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following reservation policy: 1. Reservation Confirmation & Entry -Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a unique password via email or text prior to your reservation time. -This password must be presented upon arrival to be seated. 2. Arrival & Seating -Your entire party must be present in order to be seated. -We will hold your table for up to 15 minutes past your reservation time. After this grace period, the reservation may be canceled, treated as a walk-in if available and a no-show fee may apply. 3. Dress Code -Please be aware we are a speakeasy and our dress code is semi-casual. We kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing tank tops, gym clothes, or other sports attire. Thank you for helping us maintain the atmosphere and experience we strive to provide for all of our guests. 4. Age Policy -Please note: We are a 21 and over establishment. Valid ID is required for all guests. 5. Gratuity -A 20% gratuity will be automatically applied. 6. Cancellation & No-Show Fees -Cancellations for parties 6 or more made less than 24 hours before your reservation will not be refunded a deposit. -No-shows will be treated the same as a late cancellation and charged accordingly. 7. Large Party Deposit -For parties of 6 or more, a $10 per person deposit is required at the time of booking. -This deposit will be applied to one check only and cannot be split into multiple tickets. -Only 2 credit cards are allowed per party. -Cash payments may be processed individually (please note no discount is applied to individual cash checks). 8. Balloons & Decorations & Cake Fee - To help maintain the cleanliness, safety and appearance of our venue, balloons, confetti, glitter, streamers, string decorations and similar decorative items are not permitted. -A cake fee applies to any cakes, cupcakes, pastries or other desserts brought into the establishment from an outside vendor as we proudly offer a selection of desserts in house. Named after an unsung pioneer of Tampa, Madame Fortune pays homage to the past with delectable food and classic cocktails. The cuisine has strong southern and West Indian influences and the cocktails will leave your palate bursting with citrus notes. Serving dinner and brunch (weekends) Madame Fortune is ideal for private events, birthdays, business meetings, girls night out or date night. For parties larger than 5 there is a two card maximum, we are 21 and up establishment, and there is a 20% gratuity added to all parties. We look forward to you dining with us soon!
