Reserve for the Whole Roster: Planning to bring the whole team? For parties of more than 10 guests, we kindly ask that reservation requests be submitted via email to bullpen@rockerb.com. Our Floor Supervisor will review your request and respond as soon as possible to discuss availability and the best options for your group. This allows us to coordinate seating, staffing, and service to ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience. When the Schedule Changes: We know tournament schedules can change without warning, and we're happy to work with your team whenever possible. If your game time changes and impacts your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee that every schedule adjustment can be accommodated, the earlier we're notified, the better our chances of getting your reservation safely back on deck. Advance notice allows our team to adjust seating arrangements, coordinate service, and provide the best possible dining experience for your players, families, and guests. Your Lineup Please book your reservation with the most accurate guest count possible. We understand that lineups can change, and we'll always do our best to accommodate additional guests. As a courtesy, we can typically seat up to five additional guests, subject to availability. Larger increases may require advance notice and cannot be guaranteed. Keeping your reservation up to date helps our team prepare the right table, provide attentive service, and ensure every member of your party has a seat at the table. Keeping Your Team Together: While we make every effort to seat large groups together, parties may be divided among adjacent tables depending on availability and the dining room layout. Booking your reservation with the most accurate guest count possible and arriving on time gives us the best opportunity to keep your team together First Pitch: When you arrive, please check in with our host team at the front desk. This lets us know your party has arrived and allows us to seat you as quickly as possible. To provide the best experience for all of our guests, reservations will be held for up to 20 minutes after the scheduled reservation time. If we have not heard from you within that grace period, your reservation may be considered a no-show, and the table may be released to accommodate other waiting guests. Running behind? Give us a call. We'll do everything we can to keep your table in play based on availability. Calling an Audible: If your plans change and you need to cancel your reservation, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible. While we do not charge cancellation fees, advance notice allows us to offer your table to other guests and helps our team plan service more effectively. Thank you for your consideration.
