Roegels BBQ - Voss 2223 South Voss Road

Roegels Barbecue Co. is a veteran-owned, Central Texas–style barbecue joint on Voss Road near the Galleria, open for lunch every day since 2014. Pitmaster Russell Roegels has more than 30 years behind the smoker. Our brisket, pork ribs and house-made sausage are seasoned with salt and pepper, smoked low and slow over post oak, and sliced to order, with scratch-made sides and bourbon banana pudding. Named to Texas Monthly's Top 50 BBQ Joints (2017; honorable mention 2021 and 2025), a multi-year Houston Chronicle Top 100 restaurant, Camp Brisket participant, and featured on The Texas Bucket List. We cater offices, parties and events across Houston.
