We recently ate at Rosa Cantina, and it was hands down one of the best dining experiences we’ve had — especially as a gluten-free family. This is a 100% gluten-free kitchen, which is such a relief and honestly hard to find! The food was absolutely delicious. Every dish was full of bold, authentic Mexican flavor, and you’d never guess it was gluten free. From the chips and salsa to the entrées, everything tasted fresh, well-seasoned, and made with care. The tortillas were amazing, the meats were tender and flavorful, and the portions were generous. Knowing the entire kitchen is gluten free made the experience even better — no worrying about cross-contamination, just enjoying incredible food. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and clearly proud of what they offer. If you’re gluten free or have celiac disease — or even if you’re not and just love great Mexican food — Rosa Cantina is a must-try. We will absolutely be back! 🌮💛
