Rosemarie’s Buns & Brews is an award-winning San Diego burger concept built on one simple idea: great food brings people together. What started as a humble food truck has grown into three thriving locations in Mission Beach, Ocean Beach, and Encinitas in under three years. Inspired by Chef Nick’s Sicilian grandmother, Rosemarie’s is rooted in family, community, tradition, and bold flavor. Our chef-driven sliders—what we call “little masterpieces”—feature premium Wagyu beef, Organic free-range chicken (no antibiotics ever), house-made sauces, and Turano buttery brioche buns. Named Best Burger in San Diego by San Diego Magazine (2024) and recognized among the nation’s top 100 restaurants by Yelp for 2 consecutive years.
