Rosenberg’s Kosher is an authentic kosher bakery and one the largest kosher food vendors in Colorado. Owner Joshua Pollack is honored to be able to serve the Jewish community through everyday favorites as well as kosher catering for every simcha, including weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs, and more.
