Rossville Pizza Company is a cozy, owner-operated pizza shop with very limited seating during the winter months. We offer reservations as a courtesy to our guests to avoid long wait times and uncertainty of seating. To ensure we can accommodate all of our guests, reservations are booked with a 60-75 minute dining window for parties up to three guests and a 90 minute dining window for parties of four or more. This allows ample time to enjoy your meal while helping us keep reservations running smoothly for everyone. To assist in efficiency of restaurant operations, we reserve the right to adjust your reservation time 15 minutes in either direction. We will inform you via text message if this is necessary. If your party would like additional time, please let us know when booking and we’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability. If you are unable to make your reservation, please cancel at least 48 hours in advance so we may offer the table to another guest. Canceling less than 48 hours in advance hurts our staff, our restaurant, and other deserving customers. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. We look forward to hosting you soon!
