Thank you for choosing RU – we’re excited to welcome you! To ensure all guests have an exceptional experience, we kindly ask for your understanding with a few details. Your reservation is set for 1 hour and 45 minutes, allowing us to serve everyone with the utmost care. If your group has over 15 guests, this time may be extended. To secure your spot, we ask for a deposit 48 hours in advance. Please remember to send us a confirmation of your deposit via text message or WhatsApp; without it, we won’t be able to validate your reservation. Should we not receive the deposit, we’ll assume you’re no longer joining us, and we’ll release your reservation. Additionally, there’s a 10-minute grace period for arrival. After this time, your table may be given to the next waiting guest. We also ask that at least 50% of your party is present upon arrival to ensure a smooth seating process and to retain your deposit.
