Our Chef Tasting Experience is a five-course, tapas-style, social experience. Our Chef's Tastings are offered in our Private Dining Room in Moorestown Here's what to expect: - a Ryfe tasting-team member will greet you with a welcome cocktail and escort you to your seat/room - you will mingle and meet, at your discretion, other tasting guests as they arrive - the Ryfe tasting-team lead will kick-off the event with a group welcome toast and a brief description of the items included in that evening's tasting - you are chaperoned through a five-course culinary tasting-tour that includes wine and/or liquor tasting pairings with each course - 'each item has a story and each story has a purpose' - as we talk about the culinary offerings and libations in a fun and educational way that sets our tasting apart - your tasting experience concludes with a chef-selected dessert, a digestif, and a personal thank you and toast by our Chef Our fall and winter menu is; Pineapple Shrimp - two lightly-dusted premium shrimp are marinated in pineapple juice and served with a pineapple salsa surrounded by an orange glaze Grilled Caesar - romaine hearts are brushed with olive oil and grilled before being served with our house made croutons and table-side-finished with our own Caesar dressing Steakhouse Flight - our signature petite filet is cooked medium rate and sliced and presented in a cast iron skillet with our flight of signature fries, sweet potato fries, and potato chips. Ranch, sriracha and creamy horseradish sauces are all house made and accompany the dish.
