"The Reserve" Room Reservation Policy – SAJ BAKERY CANTON We’re happy to offer our VIP Room, "The Reserve," for private gatherings, meetings, or special moments. To ensure a smooth experience, please review the following policy: ✅ Reservation Details Reservations are first come, first served and can be booked online. "The Reserve" Room is available for groups of 3 to 10 guests. A $150 minimum spend (food & drinks) is required for up to 1 hour of complimentary private use. Reservations not meeting the minimum spend are subject to a room fee of $25/hour. 💳 Deposit & Cancellations A $25 deposit is required to secure the booking and will be applied to your final bill. Cancellations made 12+ hours in advance will receive a full refund. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the deposit. ⏱ Time Limit After 1 hours normal rate, additional time can be requested for $20/hour, subject to availability. 🍰 Food & Beverage Outside food or drinks are not permitted. Custom orders (e.g., pastry platters, coffee carafes) are available with 24 hours’ notice. 🎉 Decor & Use Light decorations are welcome (no glitter, confetti, or open flames). The room is ideal for business meetings, birthdays, book clubs, or study groups — please keep noise levels respectful. 💼 Business Use A presentation screen and Wi-Fi are available upon request. ⌛ Late Arrivals A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Time will not be extended for late arrivals unless approved. 💡 Final Notes Please leave the room in the condition it was found. Any damage or excessive mess will result in a $50 cleaning fee.
