Our family has been cooking traditional New Mexican dishes for generations. When we moved to Maine, we noticed something missing — the rich, complex flavors of red and green chile, the comfort of freshly made sopaipillas, and the warmth of a family-style New Mexican meal. We decided to share our heritage with our new community. Every dish we serve is made with the same care and authenticity as it would be in our family kitchen. From our signature New Mexico style stacked enchiladas to our Los Angeles inspired street tacos, we want to share the food and flavors we grew up with. Whether it was eating tacos at 2am in the streets of Los Angeles or cooking and making memories in the kitchen with our Great Grandma Irene and Grandma Daisy.
