How the heck can something so crunchy and crispy be so chewy?! The crust of the chicken thigh is a paradox. It’s like eating one of those glutinous rice balls but made of chicken.
Chicken crispy and moist. Honey lemon cooler nice and refreshing. Rice fragrant.
