Reservation & Cancellation Policy Advance registration and payment are required to participate in Halloween Pumpkin Painting. Your registration reserves one pumpkin and painting supplies for each paid participant. Please select the appropriate Child or Adult registration for each person who will be painting. All registrations are final and non-refundable within 48 hours of the event, as pumpkins and supplies will be purchased based on advance registrations. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event may receive a refund to the original form of payment. Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult throughout the event. Accompanying adults do not need to register unless they would also like to paint a pumpkin. Registration is valid only for the number and type of participants purchased. Additional pumpkins cannot be guaranteed for walk-in participants. Sanctuary Social is not responsible for completed pumpkins or personal belongings left behind after the event. By completing registration, you acknowledge and agree to this reservation and cancellation policy.
