All bookings are final, non-refundable, and subject to 90-minute turn times. Taxes, fees, and a 20 percent service charge will be added to the booking’s prepayment amount at the venue upon arrival for the reservation. For any additional spending at the venue beyond the booking’s prepayment amount, additional taxes, fees, and a 20 percent service charge may also apply.
Guests must bring a valid photo ID, the credit or debit card used to purchase the booking, and the electronic booking confirmation. All guests must arrive within the first 15 minutes of the booking start time, which is the check-in window. After a 15-minute no-show, we may terminate the booking with no refund.
For 2-hour bookings that start at or after 12:00 am, all bookings will still end at our business closing time of 2:00 am. This means that any 2-hour booking beginning after 12:00 am may last less than the full 2 hours. All booking times are in the Central Time Zone.
Our dress code is published on our website at santehtx.com. We reserve the right to refuse entry to guests who violate the dress code.
