To ensure the best experience for all guests, Igloo Table reservations are subject to the following policy: Reservation Fee: There is a $25 fee & a Dining Deposit of $100 (non Refundable upon Same day cancelation or no-show) per booking for rental of the igloo, and $100 Rental fee & a Dining Deposit of $100 (non Refundable upon Same day cancelation or no-show) per booking for rental of the igloo for Valentine's Weekend. The Deposit is refunded as in-house credit only. Not available as cash. Seating Time Limit All Igloo Table reservations are booked for a 1.5-hour (90-minute) dining experience. We kindly ask that guests arrive on time so they may enjoy the full duration of their reservation. Cancellation & No-Show Policy Due to limited availability and high demand for Igloo Tables, a $100 fee will be charged for: No-shows, or Same-day cancellations. This fee will be applied to the credit card used to secure the reservation. Smoking or Vaping is Strictly Prohibited | No outside Food or beverage is allowed. Late Arrivals Late arrivals may result in reduced seating time to accommodate subsequent reservations. Severe Weather If there is severe weather that can affect your Safety or that our our team we will cancel your reservation or move you inside. By booking a Igloo Table, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
