To ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit for all our guests, we have established the following reservation policy: 1. Reservation Confirmation: All reservations must be confirmed through our online booking system, by phone, or in person at least 24 hours in advance. 2. Groups of 6 to 12: For streamlined service, we kindly request one check per party, and an automatic gratuity charge of 20% will be applied. Thank you for your understanding. 3. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 3 hours in advance to allow us to accommodate other guests. 4. No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, we reserve the right to offer the table to another guest. 5. Late Arrivals: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you are running late, please give us a courtesy call. We will hold your reservation for up to 15 minutes after the scheduled time. After this grace period, we may have to release the table to other guests. 6. Special Requests: If you have any dietary restrictions, special occasions, or specific preferences, please inform us while making the reservation. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. 7. Seating Preferences: While we strive to accommodate all seating preferences, specific table requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. 8. Timely Departure: We kindly ask that all guests respect their allotted dining time, especially during busy hours, to allow us to accommodate other patrons. 9. Children and Infants: We warmly welcome families with children. Please let us know in advance if you require high chairs or booster seats, so we can prepare accordingly. 10. Pets Policy: While we love animals, we generally do not allow pets inside our establishment, with the exception of service animals. Please inquire in advance if you have any specific needs. 11. We are an inspired Cuban-American restaurant with a menu based on authentic and delicious traditional family recipes, paired with a curated selection of tropical cocktails, wines and beers in a warm, friendly, attentive, beautiful setting. Santiago’s is a destination restaurant where small group celebrations occur and intimate dinners are enjoyed and remembered. PARKING: We are located at 3 Main Street next to Mirror Mirror and the Train Station. Our building has a parking garage for your convenience. You can access it by heading to the bottom of King Street towards the lake, and turn right and park on the first level then take the elevator up to first floor.
