Things to know: *Reservations: Our tables are available for dine-in only, reservations are highly encouraged through our website. In addition to bar seating, we accept a limited amount of walk-ins each night. If you would like to join us for cocktails, please note that seating at the bar is available on a first-come, first-served basis. *Table Specific Reservations. We cannot guarantee you will be seated at a specific table (low or high top) or area of our dining room. The restaurant reserves the right to sit your reservation at any available table or dining area during your visit. Based on the business levels, some areas of the restaurant might not be open during your visit. *About the experience: Because we do not have designated areas for people to wait before heading to their table, we ask everyone to enjoy their visit within 1 hour and 45 minutes. You will receive a final bill within 10 minutes of reaching that time. *Running late: Please reach out to us at 630.323.0700. Out of respect to other dinners, we only hold tables for 15 minutes, after that, you will be placed on our waitlist. *For parties of 9 or more, please call us at 630.323.0700. *Checks may be divided by payment, not by individual items. *Space: We are lucky to have a ton of windows in our restaurant, please note that at times, they will be open. For that reason, the blinds might NOT be operable, and you might be exposed to the sun or the breeze. Don't forget to bring your shades for the Golden Hour. * Decorations: To maintain the cleanliness and condition of our space, we do not allow glitter or similar decorative materials, as they are extremely difficult to remove from our floors and cushions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us preserve the atmosphere for all guests. *Attire: Cool casual clothing & sunglasses are the way to go. *Food: We offer some dishes that can be made both vegetarian and gluten-friendly upon request. As far as other allergies, we can accommodate the most common allergens when dining at Santo Cielo. Please inform our service team about your allergies upon arrival and we will work with our culinary team to handle them accordingly. To preserve the integrity of our flavors and recipes, all other modifications are politely declined. *Cancellation policy: While you won't be charged if you need to cancel, we ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance.
