Founded in 2020 by Chef-Owner Eric Mullen, Sapori di Sicilia brings the authentic flavors of Sicily to the heart of Winona, MN. What began with the cozy and welcoming Café Sapori di Sicilia, celebrated for its from-scratch baking and artisanal breakfast and lunch offerings, has grown with the recent opening of Ristorante Sapori di Sicilia — an upscale, full-service dining experience. At both locations, the focus remains unwavering: honoring tradition through handmade breads, pastas, and thoughtfully crafted dishes that reflect the vibrant spirit and rich culinary heritage of Sicily.
