Each guest enjoys a three-tiered tea tower prepared by our culinary team featuring sweet confections, seasonal salads, and classic tea sandwiches, accompanied by a curated selection of teas, coffee, a celebratory glass of prosecco (or sparkling juice), and Saratoga sparkling water for the table. Our Spring Tea Series includes special themed events: Easter Tea Celebrate the season with bright spring flavors and festive sweets. Mother’s Day Tea An unforgettable way to celebrate the mothers, daughters, and grandmothers in your life. Belmont Stakes Tea A Saratoga-inspired afternoon featuring seasonal bites and celebratory champagne. Optional enhancements include fresh floral arrangements, chocolate-covered strawberries, champagne upgrades, and children’s tea towers for younger guests.
