Join Chef/Owner Paul for a fun, hands-on cooking class featuring one of Sette’s most popular dishes, Vodka Pappardelle with Italian Sausage! This isn’t a demo class, you’re doing the cooking! You’ll work at two-person cooking stations to sheet and hand-cut fresh pappardelle, sauté Italian sausage, and create Sette’s creamy vodka sauce from scratch before bringing it all together. Then we’ll gather at the family table to enjoy your creation with Sette Caesar salad and fresh focaccia. A welcome mimosa is included, with wine, cocktails, and other beverages available for purchase. Come with a partner or come solo, we’ll pair you with another guest, and somehow strangers always seem to leave as friends! No experience necessary, just come ready to cook, eat, and have a great time.

Full prepayment is required to reserve your spot and includes the cost of the class plus an 18% service charge for additional event staffing—no additional gratuity is expected or necessary.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the class will receive a full refund. For cancellations made within 48 hours, a $50 per-person cancellation fee will be retained and the remaining balance refunded. No-shows are non-refundable.
