Shift Kitchen and Bar

Our seating is intimate and cozy, featuring a mix of chef’s counter seating, traditional dining tables, and limited outdoor seating. Due to the nature of our dining room layout, parties may be seated at a combination of table types depending on availability and group size. While we do our best to accommodate seating preferences and requests, we cannot guarantee specific seating arrangements. Reservations for parties larger than 6 guests must be arranged directly through the restaurant. Please contact us in advance so we may best accommodate your group. Larger parties may also be subject to a wait until all members of the party have arrived. Please call ahead if you anticipate arriving late for your reservation. Tables will be held for 15 minutes past the reserved time. If you are unable to make your reservation, we kindly ask that you cancel as soon as possible.

We are an American shared plates restaurant where food is meant to be enjoyed in a family style manner. Pastry Chef / Owner, Dara Wong, hopes to challenge locals and travelers alike to look beyond what they might consider typical "mountain town" food. Shift aims to focus on bold flavors, a locally driven menu, and artfully composed plates served up amidst a casual and approachable ambiance.
