Simonetti’s is really good when it is good, but it is inconsistent. Today I ordered a supreme pizza without onions or peppers, and added tomato and garlic and Basil. I got it home and found the added tomato and garlic and but also a lot of onions and peppers I had to pick off the pizza. They forgot the basil. They forgot the basil last time as well. They use quality ingredients and the crust is great. If they could just get the customizations correct, I’d give them 5 stars.
