Simple Fare To-Go is the storefront at 460 High Street in West Medford, and it's where Simple Fare's story started back in 2015, before catering, before school lunch, before any of it. The original idea was simple: cook real food from scratch for the people down the street. Catering was supposed to be the side project. It didn't stay on the side for long, and over the next decade the counter drifted while the rest of the business grew around it. This is a return to that original idea, done right this time.
