Reservation Policy
1. Please cancel your reservation as soon as you know you will not be able to attend.
2. Reservations are accepted for parties of two (2) or more.
3. For parties of 12 or more, please call or email us at least 6 hours in advance if availability is not visible online. 📧 McKinney@SimplySouth.us
4. Please do not misrepresent your party size when making a reservation. Tables are automatically assigned based on the number of guests.
5. During peak hours, reservations are held for 5 minutes only. Please arrive on time and check in at the front desk promptly.
6 - To help us serve all guests efficiently, we kindly ask that table times be limited as follows:
2 people – 1 hour
4–6 people – 1 hour 30 minutes
6–12 people – 1 hour 45 minutes
20+ people – 2 hours
