Sincere Brunch & Soulhaus Reservation Policy At Sincere Brunch & Soulhaus, we are committed to providing every guest with a memorable dining experience. To ensure smooth service and accommodate all guests, the following reservation policies apply: Reservation Time Limit All reserved tables have a 90-minute dining limit. This allows us to serve all guests efficiently, especially during peak hours. We kindly ask that guests be mindful of their time to respect other reservations. Grace Period A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. After 10 minutes, your reservation may be forfeited or given to waiting guests. Late Seating Policy Guests arriving late will still be subject to the original 75-minute table time based on the reservation time, not arrival time. Party Size & Seating Reservations are highly recommended for parties of 6 or more. Complete parties are preferred before seating. We will do our best to accommodate special requests, but seating is not guaranteed. Cancellations & No-Shows Please cancel or modify your reservation at least 1 hour in advance. Repeated no-shows will unfortunately result in limited future reservation privileges. Peak Hours & High Volume Times Reservations are highly encouraged for Soulhaus Social Happy Hour Fridays, Sip & Sing A Long Brunch Saturdays, and Soulhaus Brunch & Soul Sundays. Walk-ins are always welcomed but subject to availability. The Chef's Table Private Party Reservations A minimum food and beverage spend of $500.00 is required for up to 6 guests. Automatic gratuity of 18% will included on all checks. Pre Fixed Menus are available for your convenience. Adjusted time limits based on availability.
