Papa Geno’s Skyroom Reservation Policy Reservations may be made through the Toast app and are strongly encouraged, especially during weekends, holidays, and special events. A reservation is considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation by text message or email from Toast. Please arrive and check in with our host team at your scheduled reservation time. We offer a 10-minute grace period. Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their reservation canceled or may be added to the current waitlist, depending on table availability. To help us provide the best possible service, please make your reservation for the correct number of guests. Changes to your party size may affect our ability to seat your group at the reserved time. We ask that your entire party be present before being seated. Although we make every effort to seat guests at their reserved time, a brief wait may occasionally be necessary due to the length of previous dining experiences, table availability, or other circumstances beyond our control. Seating preferences and special requests may be included with your reservation. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate these requests; however, specific tables or seating locations cannot be guaranteed.
