One of Sleepwalker’s first and finest IPA’s, REO Town IPA is our take on the classic British style. Chewy, Medium Malt body, with citrus dry hop notes popping in the finish. Pair with Jagged Little Dill, Pepperoni Panic or Meathead Pizza.

This orange and coriander infused wheat beer isn’t quite as comforting as a therapist, but it is certain to relieve daily worries and quench your summer palate with a juicy finish. Pair with Dip Duo or Pesto Presto pizza pie.

Malty caramel notes guide this pale ale highlighted with a fair share of dry hopping. Pair with Cheesy breadstix and a side of dill dip.

Pungent Honey notes take the lead in our honey wheat beer. This beer has a super creamy body with most of the wheat in the grain bill coming from Mitten State Malting in Okemos. Pair with Pesto Presto or Porkypine Pizza

This recipe was brewed for the Greater Lansing Brewers 2022 Oktoberfest Beer Trail, paying homage to the classic Munich Festbier served heavily during the two week Oktoberfest celebrations in Germany. Ours is malt forward, displaying a beautiful golden hue utilizing 100% German Pilsen malt and light Munich malt. A hops medley of Tettnang, Hersbrucker and Hallertau Mittelfruh dart the light hop character. Pair with pretzel & beer cheese and Pear Gorgonzola pizza.

Our hard cider begins its journey unpasteurized from Phillips Orchard and Cider Mill in St. Johns. We then ferment in house until primary fermentation yields a deliciously dry, mildly chewy hard cider with just a pinch of sour apple in the finish. Customers love to spike our hard cider with a shot of apple juice or choose from an array of Monin italian syrups in stock (see list below!) This cider pairs nicely with our Jagged Little Dill or Pear Gorgonzola pizza.

Our house hard seltzer is brewed and fermented onsite with corn sugar and turbo yeast. After a couple weeks of cold conditioning the result is a clear base hard seltzer at 5% alcohol by volume.
