It was my first time there with my nephews and my sister and my experience was great! They got my older nephews’s pizza order wrong but we didn’t even have to get up to the counter to say anything because the owner-who we didn’t know was the owner at the time- was walking around, heard our conversation, asked what pizza he was supposed to get, left and then came back to the table with his right pizza and some free cookies as an apology! It was the greatest customer service I have ever experienced! They also gave us even more cookies when I was looking at the fresh new batch being placed on the tray and I just said “Yum those fresh cookies look soo good!” I was not expecting anything in return. It was just saying an honest thought out loud so imagine my surprise when a few minutes later the owner again comes to our table and gave us another bag of cookies. I was so completely surprised but thankful for receiving them
