Chopped Brisket on a 8" Auddino's Sub Bun, topped with a housemade jalepeno cheese sauce, mozzerella, green peppers and onions.

8oz smoked Wagyu burger patty, topped with American cheese, lettuce, onion straws, and a house-made zesty burger sauce. Note: Burgers are fully cooked but may appear red on the inside from the smoke penetration.

Smoked Jalapeño Cheddar sausage 6 inch link, sliced naked or butterflied and stacked on a bun.

Smoked Brisket rubbed in the right amount of peppers and seasoning, loaded into 2 white corn tortilla shells with cheese, onion, and cilantro. Optional consome for dipping.
