For day-of reservations, please call us directly. While we do our best to accommodate all guests, availability for immediate seating cannot be guaranteed. Cancellation & Changes: 1. Notification: If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, we ask that you do so at least 6 hours before your reserved time. 2. No-Show Policy: Guests who do not arrive within 15 minutes of their reservation time and have not notified us of any changes will be considered a no-show. Repeated no-shows may result in future reservation restrictions. Special Requests: 1. We will do our best to accommodate special requests, such as seating preferences or dietary restrictions. However, while we strive for perfection, these requests cannot always be guaranteed. Waitlist: 1. In the event that reservations are fully booked, we offer a waitlist. Being on the waitlist does not guarantee a table, but we will notify you if one becomes available. Final Note: 1. The management reserves the right to release a reservation if the party is not complete within 15 minutes of the reservation time. 2. During peak hours or special events, there might be a time limit on tables to ensure that as many guests as possible can experience The Smoking Gun. 3. All members of the reserved party must arrive before seating can commence. A 15-minute grace period will be granted. If not all members have arrived within this time, the party will be placed on the waitlist until everyone is present.
