1/2 LB Brisket from Creek Stone Farms, Salt and Pepper rubbed, smoked 14-16 hours over Texas Post Oak wood

1/2 LB, Bourbon Glazed Pork Belly brined and rubbed, smoked 5-6 hours until tender and finished with a bourbon glaze

1/2 LB Slow smoked, cubed and caramelized pork belly burnt ends in bourbon BBQ sauce.

1/2 LB Carolina Pulled Pork, rubbed with our house pork rub and smoked 10-12 hours. Seasoned with salt and our Carolina Red Sauce

1/2 LB St. Louis Pork Ribs, seasoned and smoked daily until tender

1/2 LB Smoked Turkey, skinless and boneless turkey breast, smoked and finished with brown butter

1/2 LB, Smoked Portobellas marinated and smoked. Topped with chimichurri sauce. (Vegetarian/Vegan)

Choice of Hatch Chile and Cheddar Hot Link (pictured), Bratwurst, or Beef Link

1/2 pound smoked brisket burger with special sauce, American cheese and bread & butter pickles. Choice of side.

Pulled smoked chicken in a creamy dressing topped with apple chutney and served on marbled rye. Choice of side.

BBQ Basic Sandwich on a potato bun with choice of meat, bread and butter pickles, and served with a side.
