Southridge Stout, our flagship American stout, pours a smooth black color with an off-white head. The aroma is a clean, classical American stout mix of roasted barley, chocolate, and coffee. A light to medium mouthfeel ushers in an initial mild dark chocolate flavor quickly followed by the classic bitter and roastiness of the roasted barley and chocolate malt. The sip finishes clean with a lingering chocolate and roastiness that subtly dries out the palate and leaves you reaching for the next sip. Southridge Stout clocks in at an easy drinking 5.2%, so it is a great stout for sharing a few pints while hanging with friends and neighbors.

Rhine Düsselzeit, named for the region of origin and the German word for time, pours a beautiful deep copper with a white head. The aroma is led by a strong earthy and floral presence from the German noble hops and highlights of minerality from a water profile mimicking the Rhine region and subtle malt sweetness. An initial malt sweetness is balanced by a moderate bitterness with a smooth, medium mouthfeel. Notes of rich biscuit and caramel flavors give way to a lingering pleasant bitterness with an almost nutty flavor. 4%

Southridge Smokehouse Sour, our riff on the traditional Lichtenhainer, pours a cloudy rustic straw color with a thick white head. The aroma is subtle with a background orchard floor aroma complimented by a slight lactic tartness and smooth rounded oak smokiness. The body is light and refreshing and clocks in at 3.8% ABV. The initial sip is muted with a slight lemon-green apple flavor which quickly transitions to a sweeter wheat base before the oak smoke ties the whole sip together. The aftertaste leaves a subtle tart cider apple flavor wrapped in a warm comforting smokiness. Almost like a rustic apple pie cooked over an open fire. It doesn't make sense on paper, but in a glass the diversity just makes every piece better.
