THE LUXE ROOM RESERVATION POLICY Thank you for choosing The Luxe Room at Spice House Buckhead Luxe. To help ensure an exceptional experience for you and your guests, please review the following reservation policies. RESERVATION DEPOSIT A $200 deposit is required to secure your Luxe Room reservation. The deposit will be applied toward your final food and beverage bill. The deposit is refundable if the reservation is canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled reservation time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled reservation time and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit. FOOD & BEVERAGE MINIMUM A minimum food and beverage spend is required before tax, gratuity, and applicable service charges: Monday–Thursday: $1,000 Friday and Sunday: $1,200 Saturday: $1,500 If the required minimum is not met, the remaining balance will be added to the final bill. RESERVATION TIMES Reservations include exclusive use of The Luxe Room for up to three hours. Monday–Friday: Dinner: 5:30 PM–8:30 PM Late Night: 9:00 PM–12:00 AM Saturday and Sunday: Brunch: 10:00 AM–1:00 PM Afternoon: 2:00 PM–5:00 PM Dinner: 5:30 PM–8:30 PM Late Night: 9:00 PM–12:00 AM Additional time may be available for an additional fee and is subject to availability and management approval. GUEST CAPACITY The Luxe Room accommodates up to 18 seated guests or up to 20 guests for a standing reception. FOOD & BEVERAGE All food and beverages must be purchased through Spice House Buckhead Luxe. Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Celebration cakes are permitted with a $25 cake service fee. DECORATIONS Decorations are welcome. However, the following items are prohibited: Glitter Confetti Real candles; LED candles are permitted Nails, staples, tape, adhesives, or any materials that may damage restaurant property All decorations and personal belongings must be removed at the end of the reservation. HOOKAH Hookah service is available for purchase during the reservation. Outside hookahs are not permitted. DAMAGE POLICY The reserving guest accepts financial responsibility for any damage to The Luxe Room, its furnishings, equipment, or other restaurant property caused by the guest or any member of the guest’s party. AUTOMATIC GRATUITY A 20% automatic gratuity will be added to all Luxe Room reservations. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY The three-hour reservation period begins at the originally scheduled reservation time. Late arrival does not extend the reservation period. Guests arriving more than 30 minutes after the scheduled reservation time without prior notice may forfeit their reservation and deposit. RESERVATION CONFIRMATION Reservations are not confirmed until the required $200 deposit has been successfully paid. Online Reservations: The reservation is confirmed immediately after successful deposit payment. Phone and In-Person Reservations: The deposit must be paid within 24 hours of booking. Reservations not secured within that time may be automatically canceled. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES Cancellation requests must be received at least 48 hours before the scheduled reservation time for the deposit to be refunded. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled reservation time and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit. Changes to the reservation date, time, or number of guests are subject to availability and management approval. RIGHT TO REFUSE OR TERMINATE SERVICE Spice House Buckhead Luxe reserves the right to refuse service or immediately terminate any reservation or event if guests engage in illegal activity, violent or threatening behavior, property damage, or conduct that endangers guests, employees, or restaurant property. Reservations terminated for these reasons will not be eligible for a refund, and the deposit will be forfeited.
