At Spring Valley Tavern, we strive to provide every guest with exceptional service and a timely dining experience. To help us maintain a smooth flow for all our patrons, please review our reservation guidelines:
Arrival & Seating
Estimated Timing: Please be advised that all quoted wait times and seating schedules are estimates and are subject to change. While we do our absolute best to honor your specific reservation time, factors such as the pace of previous dining parties and overall restaurant volume may cause slight delays.
Table Readiness: We appreciate your patience as we ensure your table is perfectly prepared for your arrival.
The 15-Minute Grace Period
Notification: If you are waiting for a table or checking in, you will be notified via text or in person when your table is ready.
Late Arrival: We provide a 15-minute grace period from your scheduled reservation time or from the moment you are notified that your table is ready.
Holding Tables: If your party is not present within 15 minutes of your reservation time or the "Table Ready" notification, we may be unable to hold your table and your reservation may be moved to the end of our current waitlist or cancelled to accommodate other waiting guests.
Changes & Cancellations
We value your communication! If your plans change:
Running Late: If you anticipate being more than 15 minutes late, please notify us as soon as possible so we can attempt to adjust our seating chart.
Cancellations: If you no longer wish to dine with us, we kindly ask that you cancel your reservation to free up the space for another party.
