I ate a version of this sandwich in Tucson Arizona about 21 years ago! Still after all this time I’m still talking about it! House-made turkey paired with creamy brie cheese, crisp thinly sliced cucumbers, tomato and red onions, all lightly dressed with mayo. Served on perfectly crusty Italian bread.
