5.4% ABV / 18 IBU Walter, Jurgens new dog, is an old style short haired St. Bernard like the original 19th century Swiss Alpine rescue dogs. With Walter’s heritage in mind, we reformulated our Hefeweizen to an old style Bavarian Hefeweizen. We are using the original strain of yeast, the heart and soul of this Bavarian-style beer delicacy. It produces a hint of clove aroma and a pronounced fruity flavor profile. Paired with a moderate amount of Halletauer hops, this incredibly drinkable beer resembles a true time capsule of Bavarian brewing. Brewed in strict accordance with the Bavarian Law of Purity of 1516.

5.5% ABV A smooth drinker for those hot summer days. The honey helps boost the alcohol content while also adding a floral bouquet to the nose. Yeast is left in the beer to add body, head retention and stability, as well as a slight haziness.

4.5% ABV Our first sour that was originally brewed in collaboration with our friends at the Bellingham Homebrewers Guild is back just in time for summer! This refreshing wheat beer is brewed to style, which dates back to the Middle Ages and is often referred to as "The People’s Champagne". The tartness of this beer will bring out hints of lemon, while the generous amount of wheat will round out the body lending a remarkable similarity to lemonade. Enjoy as is or add a shot of Raspberry syrup for a twist!

5.5% ABV Featuring Skagit Valley Malting’s Pilot Pilsner and Skagit White Wheat, this fruited berliner weisse style ale was kettle soured on a blend of lactobacillus strains, fermented out dry and clean and then conditioned on loads of local raspberries from our friends at Berry Acres Farms. Bursting with raspberry aroma and flavor this sour is dry, tart, crisp, and highly refreshing.

6.9% ABV West Coast IPA brewed with Citra, Mosaic, Chinook, Strata Cryo and Mosaic Liquid Lupulin.

6.5% ABV Frenz IPA feat. Odell Brewing Co. brings a fresh take on a refreshing West Coast IPA just in time for Summer 2026. 7% ABV Citra hops and a hazy IPA named Ripe have been making waves in the Pacific Northwest since 2015. Our award winning IPA is generously dry hopped with Citra and Citra Lupomax hops that give Ripe it's juicy backbone of mandarin and mango notes.

6.7% ABV Hazy IPA brewed with Galaxy, El Dorado, and Citra hops and full of flavors of pineapple, guava, and cantaloupe.

8.1% ABV/ 100 IBU Frutería pushes Sticky Hands into new territory, fusing Anchovy and Elani hops. This ultra-modern IIPA delivers a high-voltage, fruit-forward profile from the most elite recent hop releases.

9% ABV DOUBLE IPA collaboration with BONEYARD BEER An absolutely smooth, explosively fruity West Coast Style Double IPA. Big. Strong. Sharp. Boneyard’s legendary DIPA, Hop Venom, and Fort George’s Electric Surfboard are equally capable of crushing the boredom out of summer beer. Nothing says “I am ready for something to happen,” like a crisp, bitter, malty, almost excessively dry-hopped Double IPA. We worked together on this one, which makes it double electric and double venom. Packed with cryo hops, Electric Venom has a seriously fruity nose and a dry, pithy finish. It’s the perfect union of two of the best Double IPAs in the PNW. Hops: Chinook, Mosaic, Chinook Cryo, Columbus Cryo, Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Mosaic CO2 Extract, CTZ

ABV 5.7% / 34 IBU The newest Emerald City Supporters beer is a hazy pale ale that’s light in color and malty with soft bready notes. It’s really all about the hops, and contains no bittering additions. The first hops that touch the wort--Mosaic, Citra, and Simcoe--are added in the whirlpool, forming citrus, tropical, and stone fruit hop flavors. Then we kick the hop party up a notch by dry hopping at the end of fermentation with Azacca, Citra, Amarillo, Mosaic, and Simcoe, which creates a sublime hop burst of citrus and tropical fruit aromas that will blow your boots off.

5.8% WEST COAST PALE ALE collaboration with WEST COAST BREWING, JAPAN Pineapple and ripe citrus-forward West Coast Pale Ale with a little hint of watermelon. Nigiri was brewed in collaboration with West Coast Brewing in Shizuoka, Japan for Fuji to Hood Beer Festival in Portland. Fuji to Hood brings together craft brewers from across the Pacific for some cultural cross-pollination. From West Coast and the west coast, it’s a West Coast Pale Ale. 8.5% ABV Ripe and delicious Guava blended with our Washington Apples combines into a wild and tropic cider.

6.5% ABV Bright, light and refreshing. Hints of orange and lime dance with flavors of tropical fruit.

6.5% ABV Blackberries and sage slow dance at sunset for the perfect mix of tangy and tart. A blend of juicy culinary and old world apple complexity meets bright and mouth watering Pacific Northwest blackberries, all of which is supported by an herbal hint of sage.

6.8% ABV A true northwest tradition, every spring locals brave bear-infested woods to harvest wild huckleberries. Our blend of apple and huckleberry cider is both sweet and tart with a unique local flavor. Rest assured, no bears were harmed in the making of this cider.

6.8% Hard apple cider from Washington State apples infused with pomegranates and cranberries develops a slightly tart refreshing cider.

5.9% ABV This strong lager (Festbier) is brewed for the Oktoberfest in Munich. It is not the same as the darker Ur-Märzen sold as Oktoberfest in the US and elsewhere.

4.8% ABV/ 33 IBU Crowned the official drink by King Friedrich August III of Saxony, Radeberger, a pilsner style beer brewed near Dresden, is characterized by its dazzling and refreshing taste and has long been enjoyed by German nobility.

Beer-lovers from all over the world come here to enjoy its famous beers. More than any other, Hofbräu Original embodies the special atmosphere of the beer-making capital of Munich, and exports it to the four corners of the globe. Its refreshing, bitter flavour and alcoholic content of around 5.1% volume have made it famous worldwide. A Munich beer with character.

The No. 1 Hefe-Weißbier in Germany and one of the world’s favourites. Naturally cloudy and shining silky gold in the glass under a really strong head of foam. At the first mouthful this Weißbier classic has a mild aroma of banana. Finer palates detect a trace of mango and pineapple and the balance between sweet and bitter. Beer connoisseurs appreciate the fine note of yeast and the mild but sparkling mix of aromas. It is a typical beergarden beer, which brings people together all over the world.

5.5% ABV/ 23 IBU Dark beer existed in Bavaria long before light beer. This was the first type of beer to be brewed at Hofbräuhaus when it was founded. Today, when beer-lovers all over the world talk about dark beer, they usually mean a Munich style beer. Today, Hofbräu Dunkel - the archetypal Bavarian beer - is still as popular as ever. With its alcoholic content of around 5.5% volume and its spicy taste, it’s a refreshing beer that suits all kinds of occasions. A beer in the traditional Munich style!

5.2 ABV Unfiltered lager.

8.4% ABV Our traditional German Style "Doppelbock." Dark brown in color with an intense roasted caramel malt flavor of dried berries and chocolate. Tasting Notes: Rich bodied, rich malty flavor with hints of chocolate and dried berries, well-hidden hop bitterness creating a smooth finish.

2.5% ABV Now that you’ve discovered the new unique taste of our beer, we salute your ways to keep it fresh. As an original - the first to combine Hefeweizen beer and grapefruit juice, we’d like to introduce you to the “proper” pronunciation of our unusual and challenging name: Chauffeur + ah + (The) Hoff + ah!

5.0% Brewed with well water (the original well at the Old Brewery, sunk in 1758, is still in use, with the hard well water being drawn from 85 feet underground); best barley malt, yeast and aromatic hops; fermented in 'stone Yorkshire squares' to create a relatively dry ale with rich nutty colour and plate of beech nuts, almonds and walnuts.

5.8% ABV The beer that helped build our brewery; Bell’s Amber Ale features both toasted and sweet caramel notes from carefully selected malts, balanced with herbal and citrus hop aromas. Capped by a clean bitterness, it’s incredibly versatile with food, but very tasty on its own.

6.1% ABV British style oatmeal stout brewed with high color malt and a variety of dark and specialty malts rounded out by a hefty dose of flaked oats. Pours a rich aphotic black with excellent lacing.

8% ABV / 60 IBU Son of a Baptist is an 8% ABV imperial stout. It is not barrel aged like its father, Big Bad Baptist; instead its flavor profile was designed to highlight the complex and often unique flavors of small batch coffees. Instead of sourcing a coffee that would play well in a beer we sought out creative and innovative roasters, then asked them which beans they’re passionate about. Each resulting release of Son of a Baptist is widely different depending on the coffee selected. Some are fruity and sweet with notes of jam and chocolate, others are rich and earthy with a big roasted finish. Each limited release is numbered and stamped. The corresponding details and tasting notes can be found on our website. Each release will return to the Roaster’s home market where the beer and the coffee can be sampled side by side.

12.3% ABV This year’s annual release of our decadent Imperial Chocolate Stout was aged in Westward Whiskey barrels and blended with vanilla beans & cocoa nibs. As the name suggests, this is what we imagine the chocolate river in Willy Wonka's chocolate factory would have tasted like...if it were made of chocolate beer!

15.6% ABV BARREL AGED Behold the legend of Cocomungo. This devastating Imperial Stout was aged for over a year in Willet bourbon barrels and brewed with toasted coconut and maple syrup.
