Stella's On 7thGrand Junction

Finally made it to Stella’s and yep… it definitely lived up to the hype 😋 The Husker Schnitzel was a home run. Nicole was awesome and let me try their green chile and sausage gravy, and both were excellent. That green chile had just the right amount of heat—not too much, not too mild—just straight-up tasty. If you’re on the hunt for good green chile, this is another spot to put on your list… and you know I don’t mess around when it comes to green chile 🌶️🔥 She mentioned they make about 90% of everything in-house, and you can absolutely tell. Everything that came out was fresh, flavorful, and just flat-out good. They also did a really nice remodel—place looks way better than it used to.
