I love you guys but I live in the neighborhood and try to patronize through pickup and every time it’s a disaster. Food is never ready when the app estimates, then there’s no update when it actually is ready, then I show up and watch the hostess run around for 5 minutes. Today was the last straw when my pizza was left out on the host stand while three other patrons, including an eye level child, were standing there breathing on it. If you can’t handle pickup orders during peak hours don’t take them!!
